Lodge formed by Old boys of The Waterloo Grammer School, Cambridge Road, Waterloo.
Restricted to former pupils, members of staff and school Governors.
First regular meeting at St. Luke’s Parish Hall, Crosby on 7th March 1949. Meetings continued at the aforementioned venue until December 1954. Moved to Alexandra Hall, Crosby. This commitment lasted until January 1977. Moved to URC Hall, Warren Road, Blundellsands, then to the new St Luke’s Hall, Crosby in 1982. The decision to move to Bootle Masonic Hall being taken, the Lodge moved to Bootle. The first meeting was held on 17th September 1984.
With cessation of Waterloo Grammer School in 1972, lodge opened to non old boys in 1983.
Lodge Joined federation of school lodges in 1949.
